Wearing Your Invisalign Aligners
As you receive your aligners, your Invisalign practitioner will tell you that you are required to wear each set of clear Invisalign braces for 20 – 22 hours a day, day and night, approximately for 2 weeks. The only time for them to be removed is when eating, drinking, brushing and flossing. Traditional braces generally take 9-24 months to complete a treatment, depending on the treatment. However, the process for an Invisalign treatment is far quicker, an average Invisalign course of treatment takes approximately a year. Visits to your Invisalign practitioner will take every 6 to 8 weeks for adjustments and to ensure that the treatment is progressing.

At regular intervals, you’ll receive a new set of custom moulded clear aligners to continue the straightening process. The total number of clear aligners is specific to you, determined by your doctor for your course of treatment. During the entire treatment process, you'll notice gradual movement and your teeth will, gradually move into an even and healthy smile.

Continue wearing your aligners, once you have complete your treatment process, follow the After Treatment procedure.
