Reviewing Your Treatment Plan
Invisalign is the break through technology that lets you have the smile you’ve always wanted, without the hassle of metal wire braces.
By using a series of clear removable aligners, Invisalign straightens your teeth with results you’ll notice sooner than you think. The course of treatment involves changing aligner’s approximately every 2 weeks, moving your teeth into straighter position step by step; until you have a more beautiful smile.
Unlike conventional braces, these clear aligners can be removed while you eat and brush your teeth as usual. Traditional braces generally take 9-24 months to complete treatment. Invisalign completes treatment in less time, an average Invisalign course of treatment takes about a year. You'll see your dentist every 6 to 8 weeks for adjustments and to check progress. At regular intervals, you’ll receive a new set of custom moulded clear aligners to continue the straightening process. The total number of clear aligners is specific to you, determined by your doctor for your course of treatment.
Clear and comfortable, since Invisalign is practically invisible, there’s no unwanted attention to your mouth. In fact very few people will notice at all unless you tell them. Their comfortable to wear and remove easily when you eat, brush and floss. You will love the results.
Based on the treatment plan which is consulted by your dental practitioner and your dental records, a computer-generated 3D treatment plan, formally known as ClinCheck© treatment plan will be formed. ClinCheck allows to demonstrate the series of movements that your teeth will go through as the treatment progresses, from the current teeth position to the final desired position; showing the final expected results of how the teeth will look like at the end. They will then transform the imagery into custom made series of clear removable aligners. Depending on the treatment plan, the series of aligners can vary.
Your doctor will plan your tooth movements throughout your entire treatment timeline. You'll be able to see a virtual representation of your teeth before, during, and after completion of the Invisalign process so you can see what your smile should look like when you're done with treatment.
You will then Receive your Invisalign Aligners.
